During the course, the participants receive theoretic knowledge and practical skills in the manners and procedures of operation of individual types of lifting devices aimed at occupational health and safety.
Upbringing and education of persons for operation of lifting devices is carried out pursuant to Section 17 (3) of Decree No. 508/2009 Coll. The course participants finish the upbringing and education with a written test and subsequently they will be issued a Licence for Operation of Lifting Device pursuant to Section 16 (1) (c) of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. on occupational health and safety.
JKBOZ s.r.o. provides upbringing and education of persons for operation of lifting devices according to division of lifting technical equipment pursuant to Annex No. 1 to Decree No. 508/2009 Coll.:
- Aa motor-powered crane and lifting machine, e.g. electric, hydraulic, with the lifting capacity over 1,000 kg, and a man-powered crane and hoist over 5,000 kg including a permanent crane rails and temporary crane rails of a jib crane type
- Ab vertical motor-powered sliding gate with lift height over 1.5 m
- Ba device, such as:
- motor-powered crane and lifting machine with the maximum lifting capacity 1,000 kg and man-powered crane and lifting machine with the lifting capacity from 1,000 kg to maximum 5,000 kg,
- motor-powered winch intended for lifting load,
- Bb lifting component of an industrial truck and motor-powered loader intended for lifting and transport of load using a means of slinging, hanging or gripping,
- Bc supplementary lifting aid for suspension or gripping of load, which is not a permanent part of the lifting technical equipment of group A and group B, namely:
- lifting component for manipulation with an ISO container,
- equipment for suspension or gripping of load, e.g. a magnet, traverse beam, suction equipment, pincers and grab buckets with the exception of the equipment listed in category C, letter a),
- Bd special motor-powered lifting device intended for lifting load, namely:
- elevating ramp,
- elevating platform,
- stable, mobile and moveable lifting device intended only for lifting a vehicle,
- tail lift intended for assembly on a vehicle or in a vehicle intended only for loading or unloading cargo,
- Bf vertical motor-powered sliding gate with lift height over 2.7 m

- finished primary education,
- age at least 18 years.
