The obligation to provide security-technical services arises for employers under Section 21(2) of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. on safety and health protection at work and on amendment and supplementation of certain acts.

Employers are obliged to provide security-technical services pursuant to Section 21 (2) of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. on health and safety at work and on the amendments to certain acts, as amended.

In the field of occupational health and safety, JKBOZ s.r.o. offers the safety engineering service (SES) pursuant to Section 22 of Act No. 124/2006 Coll., as amended. Through the safety engineering service, our company will help you comply with obligations that arise for employers out of applicable legal regulations. 

Our aims are to relieve you from constantly monitoring the changes in legal regulations, to elaborate for you the entire documentation as required, to carry out general training for all workers, to inform you of deficiencies and to provide comprehensive consulting in the field of occupational health and safety. We perform our activities under the authorisations issued by the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic and the NLI (No. BTS-0037-11, VVZ-1071/08-01.1) and the relevant certification of the employees by regular performance directly at the customer’s site.

  • processing of the complete OHS documentation pursuant to applicable legal regulations (joint review of workplaces from the SES perspective, traumatology plan, guidelines for determining the conditions of organising education of employees in the OHS field, letters of appointment, etc.);
  • carrying out training of employees in OHS on the prescribed dates:
    • input and periodical training of workers including the verification of knowledge;
    • input and periodical training of managerial employees including the verification of knowledge
  • carrying out professional consulting services for the employer as well as other managerial employees in the OHS field;
  • processing of training plans for the employees and plans of professional inspections and tests;
  • carrying out joint review of employer’s workplaces for the field of safety at work with determining the found deficiencies and the proposal for improvement of the detected state (preventive inspection activity);
  • participating in the investigation of work-related accidents, consulting in processing the record on a registered work-related accident, investigation of a work-related accident, professional assistance in notifying the relevant bodies of a work-related accident and professional assistance in indemnification;
  • organising and monitoring the fulfilment of obligations arising out of the OHS regulations, monitoring the status of occupational health and safety;
  • liaising with a relevant state administration authority in inspections;
  • providing professional consultations in the fields of occupational health and safety and dedicated technical equipment;
  • evaluation and assessment of risks pursuant to Section 6 (1) (f) of Act No. 124/2006 Coll. with the proposal of PPE;
  • processing of the OHS policy and other guidelines relating to OHS pursuant to Act No. 124/2006 Coll.;
  • comprehensive OHS inspection;
